Home & Business Solutions Consultant About Us Innovative Projector is a growing Singapore-based company specializing in projectors, home entertainment setups, meeting room solutions, and immersive viewing experiences. We help customers improve their homes, entertainment spaces, offices, and presentation environments through personalized recommendations and great customer experience. Our business combines showroom consultation, ecommerce, digital sales, and corporate solutions. We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented team member to support sales growth across showroom, online, ecommerce, and corporate channels. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys: - helping customers improve their spaces and experiences - lifestyle and home improvement products - customer engagement and relationship building - ecommerce and digital business - modern retail and sales environments Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Sales - Reply to customer inquiries across WhatsApp, website chat, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and social media - Recommend suitable solutions for home entertainment, gaming, office meetings, education, and business use - Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer inquiries - Coordinate showroom appointments and customer demos - Build strong customer relationships and improve customer experience - Recommend suitable accessories, screens, mounts, and bundled solutions when relevant --- Showroom & Walk-In Support - Attend to showroom walk-in customers professionally - Conduct simple product demonstrations and consultations - Maintain a welcoming and organized showroom environment - Help customers understand suitable setups based on their lifestyle, home, or business needs --- Ecommerce & Marketplace Support - Manage and optimize product listings across ecommerce platforms - Update pricing, promotions, and product information - Monitor marketplace trends and competitor activity - Support ecommerce campaigns and promotional activities --- Corporate & Project Support - Assist with corporate and commercial sales inquiries - Support meeting room, education, office, and event-related projects - Coordinate quotations, installation schedules, and customer requirements with installers and suppliers --- Customer Success & After-Sales - Follow up with customers after purchase - Encourage customer reviews and testimonials - Ensure smooth customer experience from inquiry to delivery and installation - Handle basic after-sales coordination and support --- Content & Digital Support - Assist with simple product videos, showroom content, and social media posts - Support TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and ecommerce campaigns - Assist with livestreams or promotional activities when required --- What Success Looks Like - Fast and professional customer responses - Strong follow-up and customer engagement - Positive customer reviews and repeat customers - Growth in showroom and ecommerce sales - Organized management of customer inquiries and sales pipeline - Contribution to online engagement and marketplace growth --- Requirements - Good communication and customer service skills - Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented personality - Comfortable using ecommerce and social media platforms - Interest in home improvement, lifestyle products, entertainment, or customer experience - Organized and able to multitask - Willingness to learn product knowledge and sales skills - Able to work independently with positive attitude --- Bonus If You Have - Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop experience - Retail, ecommerce, hospitality, or customer service experience - Basic content creation or video editing skills - Interest in home entertainment, gaming, interior/lifestyle products, or business solutions --- Why Join Us - Exposure to ecommerce, sales, and digital marketing - Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing business - Learn directly from founder and gain real business experience - Friendly and flexible working environment - Performance-based growth opportunities - Opportunity to grow into senior sales or ecommerce roles --- Salary & Benefits - Basic salary: SGD 2,000 - Attractive sales commission and performance incentives - Monthly earnings up to SGD 4,000+ based on performance - Staff discounts - Training provided - Career growth opportunities --- Working Arrangement - Based in Singapore showroom - Working hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM - Required to work on weekends and public holidays - 1.5 days off on weekdays --- Ideal Personality - Warm and approachable - Fast learner - Responsive and reliable - Customer-focused - Self-motivated - Comfortable working in a modern retail and digital business environment
