About this role
1. Experience & Skills • At least 1–2 years of housekeeping or cleaning experience • Prior supervisory experience preferred • Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, tools, and equipment • Able to train, guide, and supervise housekeeping staff 2. Leadership & Communication • Good communication skills (English or local languages) • Able to coordinate daily work schedules and assign tasks • Able to handle feedback, resolve issues, and ensure good customer service 3. Work Responsibilities • Conduct site inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards • Ensure staff follow SOPs, safety procedures, and quality requirements • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment • Submit reports and update management on site operations 4. Physical & Work Requirements • Fit to perform housekeeping duties when required • Able to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if needed • Must be punctual, responsible, and reliable
