About this role
We are looking for a hands-on Delivery Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of HR technology applications and related initiatives. This is not a traditional Project Manager role, the ideal candidate will be actively involved in delivery execution, stakeholder coordination, dependency management, solution discussions, and ensuring successful implementation across multiple teams. This is a 12-month contract role with a potential to extend further. The successful candidate will have strong experience managing HR application deliveries in complex enterprise environments, with the ability to work across business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end delivery of HR application initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders. • Plan, coordinate, and manage delivery timelines, dependencies, risks, and execution activities. • Drive delivery governance including: • Project kick-offs, Status reviews, Stakeholder meetings, Change controls, Tollgate reviews • Coordinate and facilitate collaboration between business users, vendors, and internal technology teams. • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery execution. • Track delivery progress and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies. • Facilitate risk management, issue resolution, and impediment removal to ensure successful delivery outcomes. • Ensure compliance with enterprise change management and information security standards. • Support release planning, deployment coordination, and process governance activities. • Contribute to solution discussions and delivery planning for HR technology platforms. • Support resource planning and coordination across delivery teams. • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and execution practices. Required Skills & Experience: • Strong hands-on experience as a Delivery Lead managing enterprise HR application deliveries. • Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery lifecycle for HR systems and applications. • Experience working in Agile delivery environments. • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage business leaders, vendors, and technology teams. • Solid understanding of: • Release Management, Risk Management, Solution Design, Delivery Governance, Change Management • Experience coordinating cross-functional and regional teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong organizational and prioritization skills. • Self-starter with proactive ownership mindset. Good to have Skills: • Experience delivering HR applications end-to-end within large enterprise environments. • Exposure to HR technology platforms such as: • Workday • SuccessFactors • Oracle HCM • HRMS / Payroll systems • Experience working in banking or financial services environments. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline. • Proven experience in enterprise-scale HR application delivery roles.
