Key Responsibilities : HR Administration & Compliance • Administer various HR policies and procedures, supporting their development and implementation. • Maintain HR information system records and compile reports from the database for management insights. • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Recruitment & Onboarding • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment administratively, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. • Maintain and update recruitment trackers to ensure a smooth hiring process. Office & Vendor Management • Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring timely replenishment and smooth office operations. • Coordinate with vendors for any office maintenance. HR Projects & Employee Engagement • Support company events and participate in coordination of HR projects related to employee engagement and workplace culture. Other Ad-Hoc HR Support • Perform any other HR-related tasks as assigned by the Manager. Job Requirements: • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field. • Preferably with administrative or HR support experience. • Basic knowledge of HR functions, recruitment, and office administration. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Meticulous, organised, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
