PURICARE PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring for a HR cum Admin Executive - Immediate internship — a 12-month, on-site Consulting role based in ANG MO KIO STREET 65, Singapore. It is an unpaid internship. Primary Objectives This role acts as a strategic HR partner to employees and managers, providing expert guidance on all people-related matters. You will support company's mission by delivering both operational HR services and contributing to organisation-wide initiatives that drive talent development and organisational effectiveness. Job Responsibilities: Strategic HR Partnership • Act as a bridge between HR and services to align HR strategies with organization goals. • Understand the needs and translate them into effective HR strategies and initiatives. Talent Acquisition • Responsible for hiring and selection processes which include pre-screening, interviewing, job offer, background check and new hires onboarding Recruitment Collateral & Employer Branding • Develop and create engaging and persuasive recruitment collateral (e.g., job descriptions, candidate guides, presentations) that effectively showcases the company's culture, values, and the specific roles. Talent Management • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, while collaborating with managers to ensure staffing needs are met. Manpower Management • Manpower planning and work with Compensation and Benefits on manpower budget. • Ensure effective talent acquisition. • Payroll Management HR Operations & Compliance • Ensure HR policies and SOP are updated according to employment laws, and regulatory requirements. • Be the single point of contact for employees in providing advisory service on employment and HR related matters in accordance with HR policies and MOM guidelines. • Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement to HR processes, systems and communications towards enhancing positive employee and service experience Employee Relations & Engagement • Guide the team leaders with employee relations which include performance management, coaching and feedback, training and development and employee discipline and grievances Office Administration • Take charge of the overall office administration Job Specifications : Minimum Education / Qualifications • Degree or Diploma in HRM or equivalent Minimum Years of Relevant Experience • Min 2 years’ relevant experience in similar role. • Working experience in Human Resources Operations Knowledge/Skills • In-depth knowledge in Singapore labour law and Employment Act • Good management skills • Proficient in MS office applications • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Attributes • Good communication & interpersonal skills • Meticulous and organized • Adaptable and has the agility to new information and change of circumstances • Comfortable to work in SME environment • Preferably can start immediately
