About this role
1. Human Resource Functions• Handle end-to-end recruitment for local and foreign workers (site workers, supervisors, admin staff). • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment contracts and documentation. • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases. • Administer payroll, attendance, overtime, and leave records. • Handle work passes matters (WP / S Pass / Employment Pass), including application, renewal, cancellation, and liaison with MOM. • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, employment laws, and company HR policies. • Assist in performance appraisal, disciplinary matters, and employee relations. • Coordinate training, safety courses, and certification renewals where required. 2. Administrative Functions• Provide general administrative support to office and site operations. • Manage office supplies, equipment, and service vendors. • Prepare letters, reports, notices, and internal communications. • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. • Assist in document control for project files, contracts, and permits. • Coordinate accommodation, transport, and welfare matters for site workers. • Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks. Familiar with construction firm's business, Self motivated, Organized, detail oriented with the ability to multi task and consistently meet deadlines and follow through. Part time/Flexi working can be arranged. (Singaporean/PR Only)
