JOB SUMMARY: Employee Engagement & Events • Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities, staff events, and corporate initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee experience. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless planning and execution of events. • Manage logistics, communications, timelines, and administrative arrangements for engagement activities and events. • Develop and distribute employee communications, including EDMs and engagement materials, to support events and activities. Learning & Development (L&D) • Assist in administering and coordinating training programs, workshops, and employee learning initiatives. • Support learning-related communications, maintain documentation, track participation, and assist in program evaluation.
