Key Responsibilities • Partner with leadership to enhance and streamline performance management systems, processes, and frameworks • Support the full annual performance review cycle, including increment and bonus evaluations • Provide guidance on Performance Improvement Plans and employee development strategies • Review and update HR policies to ensure relevance and alignment with organisational goals • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement HR policies, programmes, and transformation initiatives • Analyse HR data and generate insights for management reporting and decision-making • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes to enhance operational efficiency • Support cross-functional projects and organisational transformation efforts • Contribute to building a culture of continuous learning, ownership, and high performance • Assist in talent development initiatives, including scholarship and training fund management Requirements • Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Science, or related discipline • Relevant experience in HR operations and performance management • Strong data management and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) • Experience in policy review, process improvement, or HR transformation projects is advantageous • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills If you are keen to contribute to impactful HR initiatives and drive organizational excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
