About this role

We are looking for a hands-on and highly organized HR Generalist (Maternity Cover) to join our APAC People & Culture team. Supporting employees across Singapore, Australia, India, Japan, and South Korea, you will play a key role in delivering operational HR support throughout the full employee lifecycle. This role requires a proactive and service-oriented HR professional who can manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different countries, and ensure a high standard of HR service delivery. Please note that this is a 6-month maternity cover position and the employment duration is strictly non-extendable. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned vacancies across the APAC region. • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and drive recruitment strategies. • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and offer management. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Employee Relations & Advisory • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers’ HR queries. • Support employee relations matters and assist in resolving workplace concerns in partnership with business leaders and employees. • Promote a positive employee experience, ensure compliance with local employment legislation and company policies. HR Operations & Administrative Support • Execute day-to-day HR administrative activities across the APAC region, maintain employee records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with data privacy requirements. • Process employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding for new hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and offboarding for terminations. • Prepare and maintain employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and other employment-related documentation. • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR (Oracle) systems. • Maintain employee benefits programs, including the addition enrollment, change, termination movement. People & Culture Initiatives • Coordinate employee engagement activities, learning programs, site management, and internal communications from an administrative and logistical perspective. • Contribute to regional and global HR projects as assigned. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Approximately 3 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably within a regional or multinational environment. • Experience supporting multiple HR disciplines, including recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and employee engagement. • Familiarity with Oracle systems and Microsoft Office applications. • Knowledge of employment practices within APAC countries is an advantage. Skills & Competencies • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality. • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a regional team.
