Role Summary The Associate, HR Operations (Intern) will support the HR team in day-to-day administrative and operational activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR processes, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications, making it an excellent learning opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in Human Resources. The intern will also have the opportunity to contribute to HR process improvement and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Support the accurate and timely maintenance of HR databases to enable effective HR workflows and processes. • Coordinate in recruitment matters. • Assist in onboarding and orientation programmes for new interns and employees. • Support the planning and execution of company events and employee engagement activities. • Maintain HR filing systems (both digital and physical) in line with established processes and standards. • Assist in preparing internal communications such as HR announcements and updates. • Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR team as required. Special Project Assignments • Participate in short- to mid-term HR digital transformation initiatives. • Support development of functional specifications for the selection of the next HRM platform. • Assist in HR business process development, review, and documentation. Requirements • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. • Strong attention to detail with good organisational and time-management skills. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
