What You will Be Doing You will rotate across 3 key HR pillars so you leave with a 360° experience: Recruitment • Post job ads on various job portals • Assist in drafting and preparing employment documents (offer letters, contracts & more) • Coordinate the interview process and contribute to enhancing candidate experience. Retraining • Support in Training & Development • Collect & compile feedback to measure training impact • Support in evaluation of post-training performance Retention • Support staff benefits & leave schemes • Learn how leave policies align with MOM regulations • Prepare leave reports for payroll • Help organize team bonding events, festive celebrations & CSR activities Requirements & Ideal Profile • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or a related field • Great communicator with a proactive mindset • Detail-oriented & organized • Team player who can also work independently • Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 4 months • Hybrid arrangement: 1 day work from home weekly What You will Gain • Mentorship and real-world HR experience across recruitment, retraining & retention • Direct impact on Talent Strategy: You will contribute to initiatives that directly reduce turnover and boost retention. • Cross-Functional Exposure: Work alongside leaders from Sales, Operations, and Finance, gaining insight into how HR strategy supports the entire business.
