HR InternCadence is hiring on behalf of our client, Singapore Huashang Liquor (SHL), a fast-growing premium spirits company redefining the baijiu and luxury liquor experience in Singapore. As the company continues to expand, we are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Intern to support recruitment, coordination, and HR-related operations. Responsibilities• Assist in recruitment and candidate screening • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates • Support onboarding and employee documentation • Maintain and update HR records and databases • Assist with administrative and operational tasks • Support employee engagement activities and company events • Prepare simple reports and HR-related documents • Liaise professionally with employees, candidates, and external parties Requirements• Interest in Human Resources, Business, or Administration • Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) • Strong communication and coordination skills • Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized • Able to multitask and work independently • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Preferred Qualifications• Prior internship or administrative experience • Comfortable communicating with candidates and clients • Familiar with LinkedIn, JobStreet, or recruitment platforms • Interest or basic knowledge in wines, spirits, baijiu, or luxury hospitality brands • Familiarity with the liquor or F&B industry is an advantage What You’ll Gain• Hands-on exposure to recruitment and HR operations • Experience working in a fast-growing business environment • Opportunity to work closely with management • Exposure to real business communication and coordination • Friendly and supportive team culture EA Lic.: 26C3366 Reg No: R1109360
