About this role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources and Administration functions. This role is suitable for someone who is eager to learn about people operations, employee engagement, recruitment support, office administration, and day-to-day business operations. Key Responsibilities • Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and follow-up communication. • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes. • Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and databases. • Assist in preparing HR documents such as employment letters, forms, and internal announcements. • Support attendance, leave, and payroll-related administrative tracking where required. • Assist with HR reports, surveys, and documentation. • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. • Assist with filing, data entry, document preparation, and record management. • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications when needed. • Support office supplies inventory, vendor coordination, and basic procurement tasks. • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by the team. Requirements • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Familiar with MacOs. • Able to speak, read and write Chinese to support Chinese-language HR/admin documentation and work-related communications. • Detail-oriented, organized and able to handle confidential information responsibly. • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently as well as in a team. • Prior internship or administrative experience is an advantage but not required.
