Company Overview Naval Group designs, builds, integrates, and supports submarine and surface ships. As a prime contractor and integrator with over 400 years of naval shipbuilding experience, Naval Group Far East, based in Singapore since 2005, supports the Republic of Singapore Navy’s activities. Job Summary Within the Human Resources Department, you will support key HR activities to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Responsibilities • Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and internal documents to ensure compliance and relevance • Publish job advertisements, screen resumes, and schedule interviews to support recruitment efforts for HR and line managers • Maintain the HR database by accurately entering data, generating analytical reports, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) • Support training and development by identifying learning needs, following up on training activities, and maintaining internal training records • Develop and distribute internal HR and company communication materials to ensure timely information sharing across the organization • Provide support for new and ongoing HR projects as assigned, contributing to project completion and HR initiatives Preferred competencies and qualifications • Qualification in Human Resources or its equivalent is preferred • Knowledge of local legislation, particularly the Employment Act of Singapore • Ability to multitask and manage multiple small projects within deadlines • Pleasant disposition with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
