HR Junior/Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to support HR operations. This role involves close coordination with various internal stakeholders and covers a range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, contract management, and general administrative support. Key Responsibilities: • Administer staff claims, including validation, processing, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Reconcile claims against payouts and follow up on discrepancies with relevant stakeholders. • Support audits of claims and resolve identified issues. • Manage helpdesk operations across email and Teams, including ticket intake, routing, and resolution. • Track and close tickets within defined SLAs, ensuring timely follow-through. • Respond to staff queries promptly with clear and accurate updates. • Maintain daily tracking and provide end-of-day status reports (e.g., issues raised, resolved, outstanding, and ageing). • Develop and update FAQs and knowledge materials based on recurring queries. • Maintain staff records (physical and electronic), including scanning, digitisation, and document management. • Use basic data analysis and tools to support reporting, process improvements, and SOP updates. • Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned. Requirements: • Singaporean Only • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related field. • At least 1–2 years of relevant HR experience. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
