About this role
Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting of job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling and attending interviews with potential candidates. • Assist in onboarding new hires by preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly. • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality in accordance withcompany policies and regulatory requirements. • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks such as filing, report generation, and handling HR correspondence. • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement activities, training arrangements, and performance management processes as needed. • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations throughout all HR operations. Requirement: • At least diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
