About this role
Job Description • Handles full spectrum of payroll administration for research entities (including CPF & tax submission) using ERP S4 HANA • Prepares monthly headcount, payroll reconciliation report and other payroll related reports • Co-ordinates with Finance Department on monthly treasury provision for payroll related activities and payroll reconciliation • Ensures general ledger journal generation to Finance Department for completed payroll processing • Processes statutory claims like NS Leave and Government Paid Leave like Childcare Leave and Maternity Leave etc • Assists with queries from auditors for payroll related audit exercises • Attends to employees’ queries on salary matters • Worked closely, independently and proactively with various parties for payroll related issues and system errors/upgrades & enhancements • Maintains up to date archival of payroll records • Other adhoc assignments as assigned by Supervisor
