About this role
1. Data Cleanup & Validation• Conduct regular data corrections, normalization, and validation across People & Places datasets within SAP SuccessFactors and related systems • Detect and resolve issues such as missing, duplicate, inconsistent, or outdated records in line with established procedures • Update data fields, naming standards, metadata, and controlled lists to ensure consistency • Maintain clear audit trails and documentation for all data changes 2. Content Organization & Knowledge Management• Organize People & Places content in SharePoint using approved structures, metadata frameworks, and governance guidelines • Apply tagging, labeling, archiving, and version control to ensure content is easily discoverable by search and AI tools • Maintain policy documents, FAQs, and process libraries to ensure they remain up-to-date and AI-ready • Support content migration and reorganization efforts during workflow or process redesign initiatives 3. Cross-System Data Consistency• Ensure alignment of people data across SAP SuccessFactors, Gloat, Affinity, SharePoint, and other related platforms • Identify and escalate discrepancies between systems that may affect reporting, workflows, or AI outputs • Support data validation activities during system migrations, integrations, or platform transitions 4. AI & Agent Readiness Support• Prepare and validate datasets used by AI-enabled tools, agents, and automated workflows • Follow established checklists and quality standards to structure data for optimal AI performance (e.g., metadata, naming conventions, tagging) • Identify and flag data risks that could impact AI accuracy, reliability, or trustworthiness • Assist in testing and validating AI outputs by ensuring the underlying data is accurate and complete 5. Workflow & Documentation Support• Maintain simple trackers to monitor data cleanup progress and issue resolution • Assist in documenting data flows and source systems for HR and Workplace processes • Support the creation of basic instructions, checklists, and knowledge articles as needed • Collaborate closely with the Transformation Business Analyst and People Analytics team to prioritize and address data-related issues Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO Mobile.
