About this role
The Job: • Work with managers to understand hiring needs. • Post job advertisements on job portals and social media. • Search for and attract potential candidates. • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified applicants. • Conduct initial interviews or phone screenings. • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Check references and assist with job offers. • Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
