We are seeking an experienced HR Transformation Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role partners closely with HR, technology, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-impact HR solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of HR transformation initiatives, including HRIS implementation, process optimisation, digital HR solutions, and operating model redesign • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment across HR, technology, operations, and business teams • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines in a structured and proactive manner • Ensure solutions meet organisational, compliance, and regulatory requirements, particularly within controlled environments • Drive change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption strategies • Establish delivery governance, monitor progress, and ensure operational readiness for successful implementation Requirements • 4–8 years of experience delivering HR transformation or HR technology initiatives within enterprise environments • Strong background in HR processes such as employee lifecycle, payroll, performance management, and talent development • Experience with HR systems is highly preferred • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and engage senior stakeholders across HR and business functions • Solid understanding of delivery governance, dependency management, and change management practices • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
