AEROSPEC SUPPLIES PTE LTD is hiring for a HRBP Coordinator internship — a 12-month, on-site Marketing role based in Singapore. It is an unpaid internship. Location: Seletar Aerospace Working hour: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Key Responsibilities • Provide general administrative support across HR operations and processes • Track and manage work pass applications and renewals (e.g., EP, S Pass, Work Permit) in compliance with MOM requirements • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems for new hires, contractors, interns, and service providers • Support recruitment events • Coordinate and support internal events and HR initiatives (e.g., onboarding sessions, audiometric tests, employee engagement activities, focus groups) • Prepare HR documents such as employment certification letters, medical forms, and other employee-related correspondence • Administer employee benefits enrolment, including Group Insurance and flexible benefits (Flex Dollars) • Support payroll-related administration (e.g., data collation, verification) where required • Manage and update internal communications and social media platforms with company events and employer branding content Requirements • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • At least 2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Comfortable working with HR system (Success Factor) and digital tools Key Skills & Competencies • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Good organizational and time management skills • Internet-savvy with ability to manage digital platforms and tools • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Able to handle confidential information with integrity • Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
