About this role
Responsibilities • Process monthly payroll and statutory related submissions (e.g. CPF, Income Tax) • Administer Work Injury Compensation, MOM reporting, insurance claim, etc • Handle staff onboarding/offboarding & staff orientation • Submit Government Paid Leave Claim • Leave Management • Organise employee communication platforms and activities • Identify training and development needs of employees, coordinate for training arrangement and training grant submission • Ensure timely update of employees’ database, proper filing system and smooth office administration • Monitor staff confirmation and medical insurance member insertion/deletion Requirements • Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Management is preferred • Preferably 3 years in relevant HR administration and payroll HOW TO APPLY: Interested applicants, kindly send your resume in MS WORD format or please click on “Apply Now”.
