About this role
This is a definite-term contract for temporary cover of employees. Currently, there is no headcount approval to renew this definite-term contract upon expiry. Key Responsibilities • Partner with managers (including senior stakeholders) across local, regional, and global teams to coordinate and execute business priorities within a complex matrix organization. • Ensure the efficient delivery of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employment documentation, and time-sensitive contractual matters. • Support business continuity during periods of organizational growth, transformation, and new business initiatives. • Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives, including the rollout and adoption of global HR processes and system enhancements in Workday. • Lead the implementation and adoption of workflow management and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, or equivalent) to improve operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration. • Maintain and enhance HR process documentation and knowledge repositories using platforms such as Confluence. • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams on employment documentation, employee relations matters, contractual obligations, and policy implementation. • Partner global HR teams (Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, Technology, mobility) on cross-functional projects and initiatives. Preferred Qualifications and Experience • Bachelor's degree in Management • Minimum 7 years of work experience (including apprentice, trainee, and intern experience if that experience exceeds 5 months) in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, or a related strategic HR function. • Minimum 4 years of HR experience operating within a multinational organization with complex matrix reporting structures and regional stakeholder management responsibilities. • Minimum 2 years of HR work experience partnering with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure employment practices comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, governance frameworks, and risk management standards. • Hands-on work experience with all the following tools, which develop the skillsets needed to succeed in this role: • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday, including employee lifecycle management, workflow administration, reporting, and data governance. • Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience with using and managing Confluence • Minimum 1.5 years of proven HR work experience implementing and driving adoption of workflow management platform Monday.com, including process redesign, user training, and governance • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
