Working Hours : Mondays - Fridays (9am to 6pm) Work Location : Skechers HQ (Nearest MRT - Macpherson station) Job Responsibilities: • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews • Assist in the preparation of employment contracts and company letters • Handle data entry and updates in HRMS to maintain accurate employee records • Assist in managing employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality • Track and follow up on e-appraisal for staff confirmation and year-end reviews • Assist with monthly payroll processing and administration • Contribute to and assist in organizing company events • Provide general administrative support to the HR team • Cover receptionist duties when necessary (handling incoming calls, arranging couriers, etc.) Requirement: • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Proactive and eagerness to learn. • Prior administrative experience in HR will be advantageous • Able to commence immediately or on short notice.
