About this role
The HR intern will assist the HR team in various tasks and projects, gaining hands-on experience in human resources operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in HR and gain practical experience in a dynamic work environment. Key Roles & Responsibilities: • Assist in the recruitment process, posting job openings, reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews • Help coordinate and participate in recruitment events • Support the onboarding process for new hires, preparing orientation materials and organising training sessions • Ensure new employees complete the necessary paperwork • Maintain and update employee records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality • Assist in the management of HR documentation such as contracts and performance evaluations • Contribute to the various HR projects and initiatives such as employee engagement programs and diversity and inclusion efforts • Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR best practices • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and correspondence • Support in employee recreation activities and events Qualifications: • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in HR, Business Admin or related field • Previous experience in HR preferred • Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation • Awareness of common HR policies and employee lifecycle stages
