Job Summary Join a healthcare agency as an HR Intern to support recruitment and HR administrative tasks, focusing on healthcare personnel and social media recruitment campaigns. Responsibilities • Prepare and maintain accurate HR administrative documents to support daily operations • Assist in coordinating recruitment activities for healthcare personnel to meet staffing needs • Develop and manage social media campaigns to attract qualified healthcare candidates • Complete basic documentation tasks to ensure compliance and record accuracy • Communicate effectively with team members and candidates to facilitate recruitment processes • Work independently to manage assigned HR tasks and meet deadlines • Utilize MS Office applications to create reports, presentations, and track recruitment data Preferred competencies and qualifications • Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and colleagues • Proficiency in MS Office to support documentation and reporting tasks • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Willingness to learn and adapt through provided training Other Information Minimum 6-month contract starting May 2026 Training will be provided Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply Interested applicants please email your detailed resume to mycareer@abercare.sg .
