About this role
Job Description• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance employee communication, engagement, and overall performance • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and related administrative tasks • Collaborate with HR team members to implement initiatives that support business growth and scalability • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations in Singapore, working closely with relevant authorities • Source and manage partnerships with external vendors, government agencies, and institutions for funding, grants, and sponsorship opportunities • Oversee the renewal and administration of licenses, contracts, and insurance on a monthly and annual basis • Support organizational change initiatives, including communication strategies and transition planning • Full control and handling of payroll preparation and processing • Understand and support hiring needs across different industries • Handling onsite evaluation and training processes • Handle employee relations matters, providing support and resolution where necessary • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, including 2 years of experience in managerial position • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Proven ability to manage team resources and ensure adequate staffing and capability levels • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Able to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
