ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. is hiring for a Human Resources Associate (1-Year Contract) internship — a 12-month, on-site Human Resources role based in THOMSON ROAD, Singapore. It is an unpaid internship. It is open to university students, typically in Year 2–4. Applicants with experience in Talent Management, Human Resource Management, Compensation & Benefit, Administration, and Employment Contracts are a strong fit.

• Good Career Exposure • Good Working environment • Competitive Remuneration Package As a Human Resources Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties: • Support HR Department with a focus on Compensation & Benefits operations. • Administer employee benefits, payroll-related matters, HRMS, and statutory compliance. • Manage vendor programs, including sourcing, negotiation, and ongoing relationships. • Process and verify employee benefit and insurance claims. • Maintain accurate leave and employee records. • Support employee recognition and awards programs. • Administer statutory schemes such as grants and foreign worker levies. • Generate, prepare, and analyze HR reports (payroll, headcount, attrition, overtime, leave). • Assist with HRMS enhancements, testing, and projects. • Participate in HR initiatives, surveys, and statutory submissions to MOM and other authorities. • Perform general administrative duties, including procurement, letters, invoices, and name cards. • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all HR operations. • Work independently and collaboratively with strong initiative, organization, and attention to detail.
