About this role
RESPONSIBILITIES • Support the day-to-day HR operation matters including but not limited to: pre-board, on-board new hires and employee exits. • Maintain and update personnel files and HR system when necessary • Prepare documentation for employment status changes or updates • Generate reports or and working on data requests for management or relevant stakeholders • Assist with the organizing of company events and engagements • Undertaking project-based work in the areas of employment, people analytics, wellbeing, employee events, benefits and/or salary benchmarking depending on business needs • Assist in reviewing and updating new and existing HR policies and internal documents REQUIREMENTS • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study. • Interested to pursue a career in HR • Proven ability to appropriately handle sensitive information required • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Self-motivated, collaborative and strong focus on service delivery, quality and efficiency • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI) is highly advantageous but not a must Working location: ESR BizPark @ Changi (South Tower) nearest MRT: Expo (CG1/DT35)
