About this role
Key Responsibilities • Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and administrative duties, and preparing of reports • Assist in the preparation and coordination of onboarding activities for new hires • Assist with recruitment activities, including resume screening and maintaining candidate databases • Update and maintain employee records in the HRIS and internal portals • Participate in HR projects and assist with meeting coordination and minute-taking • Respond to employee HR-related queries and direct them to the appropriate team member when needed • Support the organization and participation in career fairs and campus recruitment activities • Assist in coordinating training programs and workshops • Provide support in procurement of office supplies and coordination with vendors • Carry out any other HR-related tasks assigned by the supervisor Requirements • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field • Basic knowledge or strong interest in HR practices and employment regulations • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment • Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with guidance
