ICT Project Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead technology infrastructure projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong technical foundations and proven project management capabilities to deliver complex ICT initiatives. Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end ICT project delivery including planning, execution, and closure • Lead telecommunications, network, and infrastructure implementation projects • Coordinate project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies • Monitor project performance and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget • Provide regular project status reports to management and stakeholders • Ensure compliance with technical standards and organizational policies Essential RequirementsExperience• Minimum 10 years of experience in ICT project management • Proven track record of delivering technology infrastructure projects • Experience managing projects of varying scales and complexity • Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies Certification• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory • Valid and current PMP certification from PMI required Technical Background• Background in telecommunications, network, and infrastructure • Hands-on experience with network technologies and infrastructure systems • Understanding of telecommunications systems and service delivery • Knowledge of data center operations and cloud infrastructure • Familiarity with network protocols, architecture, and security Technical Certification (Advantage)• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalent technical certification is an advantage • Other relevant technical certifications (ITIL, CompTIA, etc.) beneficial Preferred Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies • Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management • Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) Key Competencies• Strong leadership and team management skills • Technical problem-solving and analytical thinking • Excellent communication and stakeholder management • Risk management and mitigation planning • Vendor and contract management • Budget and resource management What We Offer• Competitive salary package • Comprehensive benefits including medical and insurance coverage • Professional development and certification support • Career progression opportunities • Collaborative work environment Application RequirementsSubmit detailed resume highlighting ICT project management experience, PMP certification, and technical background in telecommunications and network infrastructure.
