About this role
Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the point of contact at the front desk in an office environment. • Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. • Screen calls and direct them to the appropriate parties as necessary.. • Greet and direct guests and visitors in a polite and professional manner. • Provide office administrative support. • Manage booking of meeting rooms. • Maintain office resources including stationeries and pantry supplies Requirements: • At least 3-5 years of prior experience as a receptionist in a corporate office environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Professional demeanor. • Ability to multitask and stay organized. • Admin & computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
