Position: Import Customer Service Officer (1 year contract) Salary: up to $2600 Working Day: Mon-Sat | 9am-5.30pm | 9am-1pm (Alt Sat) Working Location: Alps Ave (nearest MRT Changi Airport) Job Responsibilities: • Creating bills, reports, and scheduling cargo deliveries using the Cargowise One system. • Collaborate closely with coworkers, clients, suppliers, and operations and sales colleagues to guarantee that reports, bills, and cargo delivery arrangements are accurate, timely, and comprehensive. • Reports to track and revise every day. • Excellent verbal and email communication abilities. Practice writing and speaking, being sure to get acknowledgements to finish the communication process. • Able to communicate effectively with Sales, Customer Service, and the client to fulfill duties on time. • Extremely tidy and well-organized at work. • Effective follow-ups; basically, possessing fundamental knowledge of key account management.
