About Us Singapore Special Education Centre (SSEC) is a professional child development and special education institution dedicated to supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, speech and language delay, learning difficulties, and diverse developmental needs. SSEC is a member enterprise under Harperstone Business International College and works closely with multidisciplinary professionals to provide individualized intervention and inclusive education support services. Key Responsibilities • Provide English learning and classroom support for children with special learning needs • Support children in inclusive classroom settings and social integration • Assist students in communication, behavior regulation, and academic participation • Conduct classroom observations and maintain progress records • Collaborate with parents, teachers, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams • Prepare teaching materials and individualized learning support plans • Support children in developing confidence, independence, and classroom adaptation skills Requirements • Diploma / Degree in Education, Special Education, English Language Teaching, Psychology, or related fields • Candidates holding qualifications awarded by Harperstone Business International College will have an added advantage • Experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, speech delay, or learning difficulties is preferred • Good spoken and written English communication skills • Passionate about inclusive education and child development • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Bilingual in English and Mandarin will be an advantage Preferred Qualifications • Experience in inclusive education, shadow teaching, or early intervention programs • Experience teaching children in international schools or enrichment settings • Fresh graduates with passion in special education are welcome to apply What We Offer • Professional training and career development opportunities • Supportive and multidisciplinary working environment • Exposure to international special education practices • Career progression opportunities within the organization • Meaningful and rewarding work supporting children and families Interested applicants are welcome to submit their updated resume for interview consideration.
