About this role
Responsibilities: • Planning, setup, installation, patching & upgrades, troubleshooting issues • Develop, document and implement standard procedures for installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrade ensuring compliance to internal policies and processes • Evaluate system architecture containing Middleware Applications and make recommendations as required. • Assess and respond to Threat Notification and Alerts on software vulnerabilities. • Escalate problems to vendor when required and follow through until resolution Requirement: • Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering. • Minimum 5 years of experience in VMware and Windows Server Administration. • Experience in L2/L3 Windows Server 2012/2016/ 2019 and VMware with Planning, setup, installation, patching & upgrades, troubleshooting issues • Experience in Virtualisation, High Availability setup, VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V, PowerEdge and Upgrade of ESXI hosts. • Knowledge in setting up Windows OS Failover clustering, Cluster Setup, troubleshooting • Hardware Knowledge in managing HP DL, Blade Servers, Chasis setup and troubleshooting, ILO administration • Knowledge in setting up Windows File Share, user management, quota management, troubleshooting.
