Infrastructure Project Manager

Key Responsibilities• Manage project scope, budget, schedules, governance and reporting • Coordinate delivery across compute, storage, network, database and security domains • Manage multi-vendor engagement • Drive procurement coordination and contract execution • Identify, track and mitigate high delivery risks (vendor, supply chain, performance) • Ensure regulatory compliance aligned to MAS resilience expectations • Lead DR simulations, failover testing and operational readiness • Manage stakeholder engagement across infrastructure, applications and business teams Project-Specific Requirements Work closely with the various platform and application teams to: • Establish like-for-like Production and DR environments across all infrastructure components • Deliver DR uplift across compute, virtualization, storage, network, database, backup and security • Ensure full VM replication and database synchronization between Production and DR • Build DR network capability including routers, firewalls and load balancers • Implement backup and recovery capability including independent DR execution • Support onboarding of Tier 1–Tier 4 systems with dependency alignment • Manage DR capability to sustain operations for up to 7 days during disruption scenarios • Coordinate performance testing, system validation and failover readiness • Manage delivery risks such as hardware supply constraints and vendor delays Key Deliverables• Successful delivery of DR infrastructure uplift within 18 months timeline • Full Production-DR alignment across infrastructure domains • Completion of DR simulation and certification exercises • Compliance with regulatory and resilience requirements Skills & Experience• 4–5 years of experience delivering Data Centre / Infrastructure projects • Strong understanding of compute, storage, network, virtualization, DB and security • Experience delivering DR, resilience or infrastructure transformation programs • Proven experience managing multi-vendor delivery environments • Strong stakeholder, communication, planning and execution skills • Ability to manage high-risk delivery programs Education & Certification• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline • Mandatory: Professional Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent) Best regards, Kshama Warange EA License Number: 23C2060 | EA Registration ID: R26161060 Quess Selection & Services, Singapore Disclaimer: The company is committed to ensuring the privacy andsecurity of your information.
