Inside Sales Coordinator #ESY

• Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to identify and qualify new business opportunities. • Handle customer inquiries to evaluate specific application requirements. • Coordinate with Sales and Application Engineers to ensure the selection of correctly sized vacuum pumps or blowers. • Engage customers daily via phone and email to provide technical clarifications and proactively follow up on outstanding quotations. • Act as the single point of contact for technical and commercial queries for customers, contractors, resellers, and agents. • Support the Sales Manager in tracking and reporting activities for the Monthly Reporting process. • Execute contract reviews prior to order entry to ensure specifications match the offer and resolve any unclear requirements. • Process sales orders and collaborate with the Order Administration team on procurement and shipment logistics. • Update customers proactively on delivery status and tracking information until the point of delivery. • Monitor and track customer payments to ensure timely collections and resolve any billing discrepancies.
