Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an Inside Sales Executive. The primary responsibilities will include generating leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role requires regular communication with prospective clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth. The Inside Sales Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals and maintain top-tier customer service standards. Qualifications • Proactively reach out to and engage inbound and outbound leads from the US, UK, and Europe. • Conduct discovery calls and product presentations via Zoom or phone to understand prospect needs and recommend the right programs. • Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales KPIs and targets. • Build strong, trusting relationships with prospects and nurture them through the sales cycle. • Consistently follow up, re-engage, and move leads forward with a solution-based approach. • Maintain accurate records of all activities and sales in the CRM. • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to share feedback and insights on leads, campaigns, and market trends. • Stay up to date on our programs, audience, and industry to effectively position solutions. • Take initiative to generate new leads and opportunities through research, networking, social selling, and other proactive outreach strategies. What Success Look Like • Consistently hit monthly sales KPIs and targets. • High conversion rate from conversations to closed sales. • Strong pipeline management and consistent follow-up. • Deliver exceptional experiences that lead to repeat business and referrals. • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset that contributes to team and company growth. Requirements • 3–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the events, training, education, or online space. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. • Comfortable and confident closing sales over Zoom and the phone. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—outgoing, approachable, and professional. • Strong salesmanship with a solution-based selling approach. • Quick thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. • Self-motivated, proactive, and hungry to generate leads and close deals. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage your time effectively. • Comfortable working across multiple time zones (US, UK, Europe). • Proficient in CRM tools, email, Zoom, and other sales/productivity tools.
