The International Business Manager(IBM) plays a critical role in the global system as the overall relationshipowner across their assigned portfolio. This position is responsible, with thepartnership of the IBD and RVP who are ultimately accountable, for deliveringDomino’s annual budget targets for net store openings and same store salesgrowth for their designated portfolio. Additionally, they are responsible forensuring their Master Franchisees are compliant with their Master FranchiseAgreement (MFA) and are sufficiently capitalized to run successful operationsand deliver sustainable, profitable, growth. To accomplish these objectives,the IBM must closely coordinate with all Centers of Excellence (COE), and theirrespective leadership, to effectively influence our Master Franchiseepartners. 40%Partnership with DPI leadership and COEs to deliver Domino’s annual budgettargets through impactful consulting: · Accountable for managing the Franchiseerelationship, achieving same store sales growth, EBITDA and Development targets,and driving/leading change for success. · Achieve portfolio objectives in the areas of new unit storegrowth, sales and profitability by ensuring flawless execution of the marketspecific business plan. · Lead the overall Business Planning Process for BusinessAssessment, Business Review, Planning and calibrations meeting throughout theyear to ensure cross functional collaboration internally with COEs as well asexternally with franchisees for ongoing business improvement efforts. · Identify strengths and gaps in franchise ability to executestrategic plan and market objectives. · Partner with Franchisees to develop insightsusing data, analytics, knowledge, and past experiences to drive short, medium,and long-term goals and business planning for their markets. · Partner with the COEs to developtailored annual operating plans that deliver the appropriate level of supportand impact to the Master Franchisee or markets based on the segmentation model(Focus, Consult, Protect). · Effectively influence MasterFranchisees’ or markets’ annual and strategic plans to drive sustainable,profitable, growth. Participate in regular business reviews with all markets,leveraging the business assessment tool to identify opportunities. Share Domino’s best practices across all key disciplines. 40% Partnership with DPI leadership and COEs to ensure compliance with the MasterFranchise Agreement and protect the brand: · As relationship owner, act asfirst point of contact for the Master Franchisee organization • Embrace our franchisor role ensuring all assigned markets and Master Franchisees are in full compliance of our MFA. Partner with Business Director to put plans in place to address any gaps in compliance. · Partner with Business Director to ensure all changes to standardsand policies and communicated in a timely manner to Master Franchisees. · Partner with COEs to provide strategic guidance and coachfranchisees on market priorities and tactics for change and improvement acrossthe business (Operations, Technology, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.) and achieve targeted results for businessplans and initiatives. Closely partner with the QA team to support the implementation of theoverall global food safety agenda to protect the consumers we serve, and theDomino’s brand. Champion new global foundational capabilities (e.g., Cutting EdgeProject) to help our Master Franchisees operate more effectively. · Plan field time appropriately to gain efficiencies and utilizesall management systems and tools needed to execute highly effective in-marketand virtual Franchisee touchpoints with DPI Engagement Model as framework ofreference. 20%Closely support Domino’s overall relationship with Master Franchisees: · Partner with BusinessDirector and Regional Vice President to ensure there is a strong workingrelationship between Domino’s and their Master Franchisees, by making surethere is comprehensive information sharing and that key constituents areconsistently engaging with our Business Consultants or COEs. · Responsible for understanding, interpreting, upholding andenforcing consistent execution and delivery of company strategies to ensurefood safety, menu compliance, trademark protection, standards, and FranchiseeAgreements. · Communicate and implement changes to standards, policies andcontracts with Franchisees and follow up on all issues within the franchiseecontract in partnership with legal. · Work with COEs and manage the variance process and ensurefranchisee compliance. · Be familiar with Pulse, PWR Reporting, Domino’s Connect,PieNet and Learning resources to be able to provide guidanceto franchisees to improve business results. · Partnering with the BusinessDirector to ensure the Master Franchisee or market leadership is clear onDomino’s annual and 2030 objectives, including key global initiatives (e.g.,voice of the customer). QUALIFICATIONS: · Bachelor’s degree, MBApreferred · 7-10 years of workexperience, within a regional or multinational organization. · Experience in a multi-unit environment,knowledge of retail, F&B, consulting, or QSR Industry · Problem-solving skills to navigate complex business challenges andmarket contexts · Ability to read and interpret financial statements; stronganalytical skills · Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects andrequests simultaneously, within an intense, deadline-driven environment · Proven ability to build solidrelationships and work effectively with others at all levels of an organization · Strong consistent verbal and written communications skills,including public speaking, with an ability to clearly articulate strategy,concepts and programs to a variety of audiences · Self-starter with the abilityto set their own agenda and deadline, capable of driving multiple workstreamsboth as an individual contributor and as a leader in cross-functional taskforce · Demonstrated and successfulability to lead, motivate, hold accountable, develop, direct and achieve targetresults for customer group, business unit or Franchise Partner(s) · Strong organizational,interpersonal, problem solving and influencing skills · Proficiency in Microsoft computer skills, i.e. Word, PowerPoint,Excel, Outlook · Multilingual/Multicultural skills preferred · Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% (overnight travel required)
