Our client is a Germany MNC . Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Key Account Manager to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible. Responsibilities: • Drive overall sales performance by achieving sales targets while ensuring budget control and profitability • Partner closely with retailers and distributors to formulate and implement long-term business growth strategies • Plan and execute effective sales and trade marketing initiatives • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to align trade and above-the-line activities with business objectives • Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing structures, and trading terms • Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness and ROI of sales and marketing campaigns • Prepare and monitor sales forecasts to support market demand planning • Oversee demand planning and inventory movement to ensure smooth operations • Prepare monthly sales reports and provide insights on sales performance • Identify business opportunities and gaps to drive continuous growth Requirements: • 5 years of relevant sales experience • Experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical industry is bonus • Experience working with distributors/modern trade channels Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume/cv.
