About this role
Job Responsibilities: • Manage customer orders and coordinate the full order fulfilment process, including order placement, production follow-up, shipment arrangements, and payment tracking. • Handle after-sales matters and coordinate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. • Oversee import/export operations and documentation, ensuring smooth customs clearance and on-time delivery of goods. • Manage trade settlements and documentation (e.g., L/C, O/A), ensuring compliance and timely collection of payments. • Coordinate logistics arrangements, including freight booking, insurance, and customs declaration, ensuring accurate and timely shipment execution. • Prepare regular reports and data analyses on delivery performance, receivables, and operational expenses to support business decisions. Job Requirements: • Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related fields. • Minimum 3 years of experience in international trade, sales coordination, or supply chain operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment. • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills, able to manage dynamic schedules and priorities. • Effective communication skills in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP/CRM systems.
