Intership - Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for driven intern(s) to join our strong and growing team as a Recruitment Consultant for a minimum 3 months period. You will be partnering closely with our experienced Consultant to support our clients on identifying, engaging and attracting exceptional talent for their most critical needs. You will have hands-on experience in recruitment cycle and through this internship, you will be able to sharpen your business acumen and bring your communication skills to the next level. We deliver our capabilities through our deliberately curated group of 6 brands, each one specializing in the following industries where a relentless supply demand imbalance exists: • Financial Sciences & Services • Engineering & Infrastructure • Supply Chain • Life Sciences • Technology • Regulatory & Legal Job Description • Candidate sourcing - Assist in the generation of resume • Conduct research on industry and competitor trends (through data collection, surveys) • Providing recruitment reports to Team leaders • Managing Sales Pipeline and Candidate/Client Data in an organized and structured format • General administrative duties • Work efficiently and effectively on a daily basis to achieve maximum results • Other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements: • Good interpersonal skills; a detailed and organized person who can work in a team but also excel individually • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment • Must be able to take direction but also demonstrate initiative • Has the drive and business acumen to take responsibility for your own business/desk and thrives on the opportunity
