Inventory & Spare Parts Specialist (Warehouse/ Pharma/ Contract) 12 Months Contract Location: Tuas Up to $3,000 depending on experience Industry: Pharmaceutical IMMEDIATE VACANCY Our client aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable, and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges JOB SUMMARY: • Ensuring the accuracy and adequacy of maintenance spare parts inventory. • Responsible for setting up the spare parts in the technical warehouse, by registering spare parts data into the SAP system and ensuring inventories are accurate. Key Responsibilities: • Registration of spare parts data into SAP system • Manage spare parts inventory levels, stock optimization, and replenishment to minimize downtime • Maintain accuracy of inventory management systems, including data entry and record keeping • Conduct regular cycle counts, physical audits, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies • Ensure all inventory activities comply with GMP/GDP standards and internal SOPs Requirements: • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. maintenance, warehouse, or data entry). • Ability to manage large volumes of data with precision. • Proficiency in data management systems and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and Word. • Ability to learn new systems or processes quickly and efficiently. • Basic knowledge of maintenance processes, or industry standards • Prior experience in maintenance-related functions Lim Pey Chyi (Apple) - Apple.lim@manpower.com.sg Recruitment Consultant (R2090579) Manpower Staffing Services (S) Pte Ltd EA Licence: 02C3423
