IT Asset Sourcing Executive

At One Suez, we don’t do “typical sales.” Instead of selling products, our focus is on acquiring retired IT assets from companies and government agencies—helping them recover asset value, reduce costs, and ensure secure data destruction and sustainable e-waste recycling. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our sourcing network and driving the procurement pipeline in the fast-growing IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) industry. Position Overview The IT Asset Sourcing Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new sources of used IT equipment. This role focuses on building relationships with IT vendors, system integrators, data center contractors, telecom contractors, and corporate IT departments to generate sourcing opportunities. You will work closely with the Supervisor, who will provide hands-on guidance and support to help you succeed and grow in this role. Key Responsibilities • Identify and approach potential suppliers of used IT equipment and electronic assets. • Develop and maintain relationships with IT vendors, system integrators, data center engineers, telecom contractors and corporate IT departments. • Source IT equipment such as servers, storage systems, network switches, telecom equipment, laptops and IT components. • Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn networking and site visits. • Identify IT refresh, upgrade or decommission projects that may generate equipment disposal opportunities. • Coordinate with management on equipment evaluation, pricing and procurement decisions. • Assist in arranging collection, logistics and coordination with operations when required. • Plan, execute and manage digital lead generation campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, to drive sourcing opportunities.
