Responsibilities: • Identify new business opportunities and build key clients under your niche / specialisation. • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective Clients. • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs. • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from Clients • To handle overall aspects of business territory wise. • Understanding and promoting company programs. • Effectively manage all Sales Operations costs to ensure achievement of company financial goals. • Analyse and report activity to Sales and Sales Operations management • Conduct market research (analyse competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.) • Actively approach targeted business clients via face-to-face meetings, telephone, email, etc.) • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients • Preparing weekly and monthly reports. • Preparing and submitting contracts for sales. • Visiting clients and vendors to evaluate needs or promote products and services. • Maintaining client records. Requirements: • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting,Economics, or related field • 7 to 12 years of sales and/or sales support/operations experience in the information technology industry, with in-depth knowledge & proven expertise in Inside Sales for IT consulting and professional services. • At least 7 years of recent hands-on experience as a lead to support information technology consulting projects from planning to implementation, monitor project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes, ensure solutions are delivered within scope and budget. • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. • A commitment to excellent customer service. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers • Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook. • Able to work comfortably in a fast-pacedenvironment
