About this role
Responsibilities: • Provide daily IT support (hardware, software, network) • Maintain Windows OS and Windows Server environments • Troubleshoot network issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, basic TCP/IP) • Support desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams) • Provide meeting room and AV support • Manage user accounts and IT equipment About You: • At least 2 years of IT support experience • Familiar with Windows / Windows Server • Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) • Experience in desktop support and troubleshooting • Good problem-solving and communication skills Duration: 12 months Office hours
