Key Responsibilities: • Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain company hardware (servers, laptops), software, and network systems. • System Security & Support: Develop and maintain security measures, such as firewalls and data backups, while providing technical helpdesk support to employees. • Strategic Planning: Align IT operations with organizational goals and implement new technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency. • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for IT services and hardware/software procurement. • Process Improvement: Set up user accounts, manage network security, and ensure data integrity. Job Requirements: • Education: Professional Certifications or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience: Proven experience in IT management, troubleshooting, and network administration. • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of network protocols, server management, database administration, and security software. • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Experience in IT infrastructure maintenance and project management. • Proficiency in software/hardware troubleshooting.
