Job Summary The role leads setups, configurations, installations, and development on assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with technical and safety standards. Responsibilities • Coordinate site execution activities by assisting the Project Manager to implement, monitor delivery, conduct site installation, inspection, and handover according to project schedules • Report project progress and issues promptly to the Project Manager • Manage daily deliverables and performance of subcontractors on site • Set up and configure security systems including Access Control Systems and CCTV to meet project requirements • Monitor and update site progress reports to reflect current status accurately • Attend site safety and progress meetings to ensure compliance and alignment with project goals • Handle permit applications and secure approvals from relevant authorities to maintain project compliance • Document installation method statements and prepare site drawings for project records and reference • Collaborate with Systems Engineer to develop security systems such as Access Control and CCTV solutions • Conduct proof-of-concept testing and commissioning of security systems to validate functionality and performance • Prepare project submissions, system designs, and installation drawings to support project execution and approvals • Ensure all implemented work and systems conform to contract specifications and technical requirements • Perform frontend equipment QR code tagging to facilitate asset tracking and management • Comply with company governance procedures and workplace safety regulations at all times • Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager to support project success Required competencies and certifications • Strong technical knowledge and certification on in-house security products to ensure competent system setup and troubleshooting • Ability to work independently within guidelines and defined procedures while making decisions on assigned tasks • Capability to solve problems effectively within established guidelines to maintain project progress and quality • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders to address enquiries professionally and provide user support • Willingness and ability to be stationed at construction sites to oversee project execution and installation activities Preferred competencies and qualifications • Understanding and knowledge of the Singapore security and surveillance sector, including its operating environment, limitations, and applications • Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) knowledge and experience to support integrated system installations • Skills in troubleshooting technical issues related to company products to resolve operational challenges • Skills in engaging and servicing end-users with a collaborative, win-win mindset to foster positive relationships • Negotiation skills with end-users on non-critical product maintenance requirements to facilitate service agreements • Skills in preparing materials and delivering presentations in small group settings such as user demos, training, and customer presentations
