IT Project Manager (Java , Middleware)

Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for: IT Project Manager (Java , Middleware) Responsibilities: • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex, technically intensive ICT projects on time and within budget. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering system migration, platform upgrades, and cloud adoption workstreams, ensuring alignment with business and architectural objectives. • Define and monitor project KPIs, including migration milestones, regression benchmarks, and cloud cost metrics, providing regular performance reports to senior management. • Proactively identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks, particularly those arising from version compatibility, integration dependencies, and cloud environment transitions. • Oversee multiple vendor relationships, including middleware vendors, cloud service providers, and external ICT service providers. • Drive seamless business operations across departments through effective IT service delivery • Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements for both projects and incidents • Evaluate and assess change requests for system enhancements and improvements • Monitor and optimise operational performance through data-driven metrics • Manage daily IT operations, swiftly resolving application, infrastructure, and security issues • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex, technically intensive ICT projects on time and within budget. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering system migration, platform upgrades, and cloud adoption workstreams, ensuring alignment with business and architectural objectives. • Define and monitor project KPIs, including migration milestones, regression benchmarks, and cloud cost metrics, providing regular performance reports to senior management. • Proactively identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks, particularly those arising from version compatibility, integration dependencies, and cloud environment transitions.
