Japanese Language Teacher (Permanent Part-Time) For Early Childhood Education Setting Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Japanese Language Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a joyful and engaging learning environment that introduces young children to the Japanese language and culture through age-appropriate activities. Key Responsibilities: • Design and deliver interactive Japanese language lessons tailored to young learners (preschool/kindergarten age). • Foster a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and language exploration. • Use songs, stories, games, and visual aids to make learning fun and effective. • Monitor and record children’s attendance and learning progress. • Collaborate with other educators and provide feedback to parents when necessary. • Refer children for additional support if learning challenges are observed. Requirements: • Experience teaching Japanese to young children, preferably in a preschool or early childhood setting. • Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies. • Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children. • Ability to commit to the stated working hours on a long-term basis. • Basic English communication skills to liaise with staff and parents.
